Safari Itinerary
Day 1
Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Pick-up & Drive to Amboseli:
Early morning departure from Nairobi and drive to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Enjoy scenic views of the Kenyan countryside along the way.
Arrival & Game Drive:
Arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch. After a short rest, embark on an afternoon game drive.
Amboseli Highlights: Amboseli is renowned for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Other wildlife includes lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, and giraffes.
Dinner & Overnight:
Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.
Day 2
Day 2: Amboseli National Park
Full-Day in Amboseli:
Start the day with an early morning game drive, the best time to catch a glimpse of the mountain with the wildlife in the foreground.
Amboseli Exploration: Drive through the park’s swamps and open plains to spot a variety of wildlife including elephants, zebras, hippos, and flamingos. Amboseli is also a bird-watching haven with over 400 species recorded.
Optional Cultural Visit:
You can visit a local Maasai village to learn about Maasai culture and traditions (optional).
Dinner & Overnight:
Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight stay in Amboseli.
Day 3
Day 3: Amboseli to Lake Naivasha
Drive to Lake Naivasha:
After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha, passing through Nairobi and into the Great Rift Valley.
Arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch.
Boat Ride & Crescent Island Walk:
In the afternoon, enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you’ll spot hippos and an array of birdlife such as fish eagles and pelicans.
Visit Crescent Island for a walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes in a predator-free environment.
Dinner & Overnight:
Overnight stay at a lodge by the shores of Lake Naivasha.
Day 4
Day 4: Lake Naivasha to Masai Mara
Drive to Masai Mara:
After breakfast, depart for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley and Maasai lands.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp in Masai Mara.
Afternoon Game Drive:
Set out for an afternoon game drive in Masai Mara, a perfect introduction to this wildlife-rich reserve.
Masai Mara Highlights: Spot the “Big Five” (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes), along with cheetahs, zebras, wildebeests, and gazelles.

Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp in Masai Mara.
Day 5
Day 5: Full Day in Masai Mara
Full-Day Game Drives in Masai Mara:
Spend the entire day exploring Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.
Masai Mara Exploration: Witness the stunning landscapes of rolling savannahs and acacia trees. If you’re visiting during the migration season (July-October), you may witness the spectacular Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras crossing the Mara River, with predators lying in wait.
Optional Balloon Safari:
Option for a hot-air balloon safari at dawn, offering a unique aerial perspective of the park and wildlife, followed by a champagne breakfast (additional cost).

Day 6
Day 6: Masai Mara to Nairobi
Morning Game Drive:
Enjoy a final early morning game drive in Masai Mara to spot any animals you may have missed.
Breakfast & Drive Back to Nairobi:
Return to your lodge for breakfast before departing for Nairobi, with an optional stop for lunch en route.
Drop-off at your Nairobi hotel or the airport in the late afternoon, marking the end of your safari.
