Day 1

Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

Drive to Samburu:

Early morning departure from Nairobi and drive towards Samburu National Reserve, located in the arid northern region of Kenya. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge.

Afternoon Game Drive:

Set out for an afternoon game drive in Samburu, exploring its rugged terrain and unique wildlife.

Samburu Highlights: Look for the Samburu Special Five — Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, beisa oryx, and reticulated giraffe.

Day 2

Day 2: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve

Morning & Afternoon Game Drives:

Spend the day exploring Samburu with morning and afternoon game drives.

Samburu Exploration: Watch elephants along the Ewaso Ng’iro River and search for predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

Optional Samburu Village Visit:

You can visit a local Samburu village to learn about the culture and traditions of the Samburu people (optional).

Day 3

Day 3: Samburu to Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Drive to Ol Pejeta:

Day 4

Day 4: Ol Pejeta to Aberdare National Park

Morning Game Drive & Transfer to Aberdare:

Enjoy a morning game drive in Ol Pejeta before heading to Aberdare National Park.

Arrive at your lodge, located in the heart of the Aberdare forest.

Afternoon Relaxation & Wildlife Viewing:

Spend the afternoon relaxing at the lodge, which overlooks a floodlit waterhole. Enjoy unique wildlife sightings from the lodge as animals come to drink.

Day 5

Day 5: Aberdare to Lake Nakuru National Park

Drive to Lake Nakuru:

After breakfast, drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch.

Afternoon Game Drive:

Embark on a game drive in the park, famous for its flamingos and as a sanctuary for both black and white rhinos.

Lake Nakuru Highlights: Spot flamingos, pelicans, and other bird species, as well as rhinos, giraffes, and possibly lions and leopards.

Day 6

Day 6: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara National Reserve

Drive to Masai Mara:

After breakfast, drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge.

Masai Mara Highlights: Known for its abundant wildlife, Masai Mara is home to the “Big Five” and the seasonal Great Migration of wildebeests and zebras (July to October).

Day 7: Full Day in Masai Mara

Full-Day Game Drives:

Spend the day with morning and afternoon game drives exploring Masai Mara’s vast plains.

Masai Mara Exploration: Look for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and other iconic wildlife. If visiting during the migration season, you may witness the spectacular river crossings.

Optional Hot-Air Balloon Safari:
